Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
This newly created, diverse role will see you taking responsibility for the development, implementation and performance of all marketing activities including social media and digital campaigns, advertising and creative projects.
Leading our Marketing Team, collaborating with Sales Teams, and working with our Executive Team, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating strategies that support our company goals and objectives, building brand awareness, driving sales and enhancing our overall product offering and customer experience.
Duties will include:
Development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive marketing budgets, strategies and plans.
Market research and analysis to identify and develop opportunities for increased sales, products and services.
Campaign management, overseeing advertising and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail.
Brand awareness development and management.
Customer Experience Management ensuring consistent, positive experience is delivered across all platforms and touchpoints.
Performance analysis and monitoring of market trends and behaviour, providing actionable insights to improve products and services.
Development and management of strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors ensuring high quality deliverables from external providers.
Team Leadership ensuring excellent performance and development.
Regular reporting, analysis and presentation of marketing metrics to Executive Team and associated stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience
WHAT YOU NEED
Hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
Demonstrate an extensive working knowledge of Novated, Fleet and related industries.
Be experienced in digital marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels.
Able to develop effective customer journey campaigns.
Demonstrate growth in new customer attraction and retention.
Be a strategic thinker with a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
Display excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
