Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for an Administration Superstar to join our head office team.

This busy, varied role is ideal if you are looking to begin your career in business administration or have administration experience and are looking to enhance your career in a new direction.

We are committed to developing our team and love to see our people grow. As part of our friendly and collaborative Admin Support Team you will be provided with full training and support.

Every day will be different and will include:

  • Daily Fuel Card and Telematics dispatch
  • General administrative duties
  • Handling post
  • Maintaining kitchen and reception areas
  • Ordering stationary and other office supplies
  • Processing client requests, orders and cancellations
  • Collaborating with other areas of the business
  • Ad hoc support tasks as required

Desired Skills and Experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered you will demonstrate: 

  • Strong administration skills and confidence in handling a wide range of tasks and duties.
  • Great organisational skills
  • A passion and commitment to go the extra mile
  • Driven and motivated approach to work
  • Confident communication skills including phone and email correspondence
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a broader team as well as independently
  • Sound time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for process improvement
  • Solutions orientated approach and ability to think outside the box
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office

Whilst not essential, experience in automotive, fleet, finance or associated industries will also be highly regarded.
