Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based at our NSW Bella Vista location, this position will see you work closely with our proactive Corporate Fleet Account Management Team and the wider Fleetcare Operations Team.

Every day is different, but your day-to-day duties will see you:

  • Responsible for managing a specific portfolio of clients in our Eastern Region.
  • Respond to all client enquiries within agreed timeframes or within reasonable expectations of the role.
  • Refer client enquiries internally as appropriate to other departments whilst maintaining ownership to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assisting to facilitate new client implementations ensuring data accuracy of all client fleet data
  • Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments, when requested.
  • Identify new opportunities to sell additional products and work closely with our Relationship Manager to convert them.
  • Provide periodic client reporting as agreed and deliver adhoc client reporting as requested to meet client expectations.
  • Analyse client reports and provide insight and recommendations to the Relationship Manager
  • Participate in client meetings as required representing Fleetcare in a professional manner.
  • Assist the Account Management Team with administrative duties and projects as required.

Desired Skills and Experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client focused role.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service ethic
  • Have a dedicated and disciplined, can-do approach to work
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical and numeracy skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills including Teams and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems will be highly regarded.
  • Possess outstanding problem solving and organisational skills
  • Be able to work independently whilst also enjoy collaborating as part of a team
  • Confidently approach learning new skills and processes. 

Whilst not essential, experience in automotive, fleet, finance or associated industries will also be highly regarded.
