Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have a unique opportunity available for a Registrations Administrator to join our head office team based in Wangara. 

As a key member of our Operations team, this core position is responsible for carrying out all registration, bulk registration, infringement and tolls tasks for our fleet of vehicles. 

Every day is different, but your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Managing vehicle registration, CTP insurance, and inspections promptly and professionally.

  • Using state and territory licensing systems (online/manual).

  • Distributing registration materials to clients as needed.

  • Monitoring and completing bulk registration renewals within deadlines.

  • Processing client registration payments and billing.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Building strong relationships with clients, drivers, authorities, CTP suppliers, and inspectors.

  • Structuring client accounts to align with contract objectives.

  • Handling infringements and toll notices via Fleetcare’s system, including Linkt integration.

  • Escalating and resolving issues to maintain service standards.

  • Applying a solution-focused approach across all tasks.

  • Supporting the Operations Team as needed.

  • Contributing to policy reviews, process improvements, and any other assigned projects.

Desired Skills and Experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered you will ideally demonstrate:  

  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills with good customer focus.
  • Strong administration skills and confidence with handling a wide range of tasks and duties.
  • Proven methodical organisational skills and confidence with following up on outstanding tasks.
  • Sound time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines 
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for process improvement 
  • Solutions oriented approach and ability to think outside the box 
  • Passion and commitment to go the extra mile
  • Driven and motivated approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a broader team as well as independently 
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Strong IT skills including MS office and CRM systems

Whilst not essential, previous experience within a similar high volume registrations role or experience in fleet, finance or associated industries will also be highly regarded.
