Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with our highly skilled Sales and Account Management teams, this key position will see you coordinating the delivery of a broad range of vehicles. Collaborating with our wide network of suppliers and dealers, you will play a key role in helping our customers to drive away in their new cars, on time and stress free. 

Based at our well-appointed Bella Vista office, your days will be varied and see you managing the entire process including:

  • Coordinating all vehicle order and delivery processes
  • Liaising with sales teams and dealerships to facilitate efficient delivery
  • Communicating with customers in relation to delivery details, addressing any questions
  • Ensuring vehicle delivery and settlement documentation and records are accurate, up to date and minimising any delays.
  • Providing first class customer service, resolving any issues or problems and ensuring complete satisfaction with the vehicle delivery process

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered, you will:

  • Have a genuine passion for excellent customer service, committed to getting the best outcomes for our clients and customers
  • Demonstrate a disciplined and organised approach to work and motivated to ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Show a keen eye for detail and accuracy and an outstanding approach to problem solving
  • Be able to work independently whilst also enjoy collaborating as part of a team
  • Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy building effective long-term internal and external relationships
  • Proficiently use MS Office, Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Confidently approach learning new skills and processes

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
