ABOUT THE ROLE
Following the introduction of several key new clients Fleetcare’s novated leasing team is growing. We are looking for a Team Leader to lead our Novated Account Management Team.
This role combines people leadership, technical expertise and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as a subject-matter expert across novated leasing, salary packaging, payroll processes and FBT
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives from identifying uplift opportunities through to implementation
- Develop and maintain clear procedures, controls, templates and consistent ways of working
- Build team capability, technical confidence and service consistency through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve customer outcomes and support the growth of existing and new corporate clients.
- Oversee the operational onboarding and establishment of new employers within Fleetcare’s ecosystem
- Co-ordinate the effective management of our existing portfolio of novated leases
- Manage escalated customer and client concerns with sound judgement and a focus on sustainable resolution.
- Assist with data analysis and customer reporting Monitor workflow, service standards and operational KPIs.
ABOUT YOU
You may currently be a Novated Leasing Team Leader, Salary Packaging Team Leader Client Services Leader, Customer Service Leader or Senior Account Manager ready to step into leadership.
You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in salary packaging and or novated leasing
- Strong working knowledge of novated leasing, payroll processes and FBT.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing operational or customer-service improvements. Experience coaching and developing customer-facing teams.
- Customer, client and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for developing people and delivering great customer experiences.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skill sets.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to explain complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
